Paula Amenta

About

Paula Amenta is a photographer and art director crafting narratives for conscious projects. Mostly focusing on fashion editorials and still-life compositions, she transitioned into photography in 2017 after dedicating much of her life to music. Originally from Argentina, her passion for environmental sustainability and women's rights inspires her to work exclusively with brands and projects that align with her values and promote ethical and local production.

After living in Barcelona for six years, Paula is now based in Berlin, balancing her creative work across both cities. Recently becoming a mom has deepened her connection to themes surrounding motherhood and childhood, particularly in her personal projects such as Nest, where she explores the dynamics of family life. She works with both film and digital formats. Her fashion editorials have been published in magazines such as Contributor, Flanelle, and Lula Japan.

Nature, skin, and sunlight are major sources of inspiration for Paula; the living world is an element present in nearly all of her photos. She believes this connection must always be represented to bring sensitivity to her work. By reminding people of our connection with nature, her work encourages a more conscious way of inhabiting the world.
